We have had a rental car for the last few days which has been great. We’ve been over the North Shore (day was pretty windy and lots of rain so we didn’t venture to the beach). We stopped for lunch at Haleiwa the cutest little town, as well as a stop to the ‘legendary’ Ted’s bakery. I don’t know what I was expecting but this wasn’t it! A run down little shop in the middle of nowhere. There were a gazillion people turning up every 5 mins to buy the pies! We had to try and they were good but I am not convinced with the hype and fuss…… but great to tick it off the list!
Yesterday on our morning walk a seal had come up on shore in front of our favourite café. How fabulous!!!!! He was pretty chilled out and I am sure he winked at me and posed for a photo!
We then headed out for the day to Ko Olina. OMG what a place!!!! We are definitely coming back here when we get back from Maui it is amazing!!

She was just standing there all mythical, I grabbed the shot and thought 'wow' till we walked past her and she was texting on her iphone. The magic disappeared..... lol
