Just a quick update before we head out for the day. We had a really easy trip (very un-Harris-like!) and arrived at our Condo in Oahu last night at about 10:30pm. Too excited to sleep we dumped our bags and headed off into town which is a quick 10-15min walk. The kids were hungry - not sure why after all the airline food we had, so we ended up at The Cheesecake factory where we ordered off the kids menu. This feed us all! The portion sizes never fail to amaze!

We stopped in at the local supermarket to get supplies and were more than a little shocked at the prices! Nearly $4us for 1 litre of milk! I think it's going to be cheaper to eat out!!!

Chris and I woke up at 6am and he went out and got us coffee, which we enjoyed on the balcony waiting to see what the view looked like when the sun came up. We were not disappointed! We threw on our walking gear and walked along the beach just in time to see the sunrise. We stopped at the Ocean House for breakfast (nice spot!) and since we weren't all that hungry (still full from last night!) we decided to share the 'continental breakfast' which was delicious. All up with 2 freshly squeezed juices it costs us $11us! Think this will be our walking spot each morning while the kids are still snoozing!

We are about to head off to the Farmers Market at the Ala Moana Mall, do some shopping, have lunch and then hit the beach for the rest of the day. Life is good.....
